How do I get into my lessons?
Enroll on hottieacademy.com. Right after you pay we email you a link to learn.hottieacademy.com. Sign in there with the same email you bought with: we send you a 6-digit code, no password.
No email? Check spam and promotions, then write to hello@hottieacademy.com from the address you paid with and we will sort it.
What is the activation key in my purchase email?
It looks like HOT-XXXX-XXXX and it is for the Hotties app. You only need it if you join the app with a different email from the one you bought with. It works once, belongs to you, and cannot be shared or transferred. Representation and bookings are separate from the Academy and are by invitation.
What if I do not pass the exam?
You get three tries every 24 hours. Each attempt draws a fresh set of questions, leading with ones you have not seen, and the review after each try shows every answer you missed and why, so go back over those lessons first.
How does upgrading work, and what is credited?
Upgrade on hottieacademy.com with the email you enrolled with. Everything you paid counts toward the higher program, so you pay only the difference, and any new modules open on your next sign-in here.
You will see the exact amount due at checkout before you pay.
How does the Monthly Membership work, and how do I cancel?
It is $29 a month for all ten modules, every quiz and the final exam, lessons only (no shoots, edits or perks). It renews every month until you cancel. Join on hottieacademy.com, then sign in here with the same email.
To cancel, open your dashboard and choose Manage or cancel. Your lessons stay open until the end of the month you paid for. You can also email hello@hottieacademy.com. If you own Hottie Material, it already opens all ten modules for good, so you do not need the membership.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final, the same policy you agreed to at checkout on hottieacademy.com. A Monthly Membership can be cancelled anytime to stop the next charge, but months already paid are not refunded. Can’t make a shoot date? Email hello@hottieacademy.com and we’ll move you to the next Saturday at no charge. The details are in the refund policy.
I cannot sign in or my progress looks wrong
Sign in with the exact email you bought with: your progress is saved to that email, on any device. If the code does not arrive, check spam and wait a minute before asking for a new one. If it is still wrong, email hello@hottieacademy.com with the address on your account and what you see, and we will look into it.
Does finishing the course get me work?
Hottie Academy sells training and content. It is not an agency, and enrolling does not guarantee a booking. Graduates can request a free practical shoot. Representation is separate and by invitation.
