Terms of Service

Hottie Academy is a training program of Hotties USA. These terms are an agreement between you and Hotties USA LLC (“we”, “us”), New York, NY. They cover your use of this website, your account, and anything you buy from us here. By creating an account, buying a plan or using the site, you agree to them.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Hottie Academy sells training and content: lessons, quizzes, exams, downloadable kits and, on some plans, studio shoot sessions. Nothing we sell is a job, a booking, a placement or a promise of work.

Hottie Academy is not an agency. Enrolling, passing an exam, graduating or holding an activation key does not guarantee a booking, an audition, an income or representation. Agency representation and bookings are separate, are decided separately, and are by invitation only.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy anything from us. By using the site you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you can enter a binding contract.

You are responsible for the details you give us, for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information and tell us at hello@hottieacademy.com if you think someone else has used your account.

One account is for one person. You may not share your account, or sell or transfer it.

Every Hottie Academy program is sold on hottieacademy.com, and prices are shown there in US dollars and again at checkout. This lesson site sells nothing: it is where you take the coursework you bought. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects something you have already paid for.

Payments are taken by Hottie Academy’s Stripe checkout on hottieacademy.com, for both sites. We never see or store your full card number. Every program is a single payment with lifetime access to the coursework it includes.

When you upgrade, everything you paid counts toward the higher program, so you pay only the difference. All sales are final; see the refund policy.

The Monthly Membership is a subscription. It costs $29 a month in US dollars, charged to the card you join with on the day you join and then automatically on the same day every month, until you cancel. By joining you agree to those recurring charges. It opens all ten modules, every quiz and the final exam on this site for as long as it is active. It is lessons only: it does not include shoots, edits, consultations, the Hottie Library, partner discounts or The Forge, and its payments are not credit toward a program.

You can cancel at any time, online, from your dashboard (Manage or cancel), or by emailing hello@hottieacademy.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your lessons stay open until the end of the month you paid for and then close, and your progress is kept. Payments already made are not refunded (see the refund policy). If a renewal payment fails and is not fixed, the membership ends.

If we change the price, we will email you before the change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Plans that include studio shoot sessions provide a session with a photographer and the edits listed on the plan. Sessions are scheduled with us by email after enrollment, take place in New York, and can be moved as our refund policy describes. A shoot is a photography service; it is not a casting, an audition or a booking.

Your lessons are on learn.hottieacademy.com. You sign in with the email you bought with; we email you a one-time code each time, so there is no password. Your purchase email also carries an activation key for the Hotties app. The key is single-use, personal to you and cannot be shared, sold or transferred. We may deactivate a key that has been shared or resold.

Access to the Hotties app, and anything done inside it, may be governed by its own terms. Those terms are separate from these.

You agree not to:

• copy, record, scrape, resell or redistribute lessons, quizzes, exam questions, audio or downloads, other than for your own personal learning
• share your account or your activation key, or use someone else’s
• cheat on a quiz or exam, or use automated tools to take one
• interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses or try to reach parts of it that are not meant for you
• use the site to harass anyone, to break the law, or to give false information about who you are

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

The course content, including lessons, text, audio, images, visuals, quizzes, exam questions, templates and downloads, belongs to Hotties USA LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content you have paid for, for your own learning and professional use, for as long as your access lasts.

Photos and edits from your studio shoot are provided to you for your own portfolio and promotion as described on your plan. The photographer keeps the underlying rights unless your plan says otherwise.

The content is educational and general. It is not legal, tax, financial or career advice, and the contract and rate guidance is not a substitute for a professional who knows your situation. Results depend on you and the market, and we make no promise about income, bookings or outcomes.

The site and content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep the site running but do not promise it will always be available or error free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hotties USA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost income or opportunities, arising from your use of the site or the content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have that cannot be waived.

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to close your account at hello@hottieacademy.com. If you have a Monthly Membership, closing your account also cancels it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, with notice where we reasonably can. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, disclaimers and governing law, continue after access ends.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or on the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that we cannot settle informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you and we consent to those courts.
